I have collected all the answers to the questionnaire from others. I found that the biggest problem in my film is that audiences are easily confused with flashback and flash-forward. So according to these, I made some changes in my final film, I used different color to distinguish the flashback and flash-forward. Before the flashback or flash-forward, I use the effect "dip to white". Then I use the dark-yellow color for flashback and the original color for flash-forward. Now it's much easier to distinguish which is flashback and flash-forward.
Examples:
1. How do you think about the structure of the story? Is it clear, or you can’t understand? A
A. Clear B. Not so clear C. In mess D. Can’t understand totally
2. How do you think of the voice-over in this film? Is it helpful to understand this story?A
A. Helpful B. Fifty-fifty C. Helpless
3. Is it able to find it out the flash-forward in this film? B
A. Can be found. B. Can’t be found.
4. How do you think of the Flashforward in this film? A
A. Clearly B. Easily confuse with flashback C. Can’t understand
5. About the flash-forward, which part are you prefer? A
A. Predicting and imaging (Jack is bribing Roger).
B. Inactive imaging (Jack is kissing Gloria), like the TV Series Flashforward.
C. Others: (put what you prefer here).
6. How do you think of the scene that Gloria is kissing his new boyfriend in the Graduation? Could you find that it is matching the previous flash-forward scene that after Jack is punched by Gloria’s new boyfriend? B
A. Clearly. B. Feel confused. C. Totally not understand.
7. How do you think of the flashback in this film? B
A. Clearly. B. Can’t understand
8. Is the combination of flashback and flash-forward work well?B
A. Yes. B. Prefer only flashback in one film.
C. Prefer only flash-forward in one film. D. Others (Put what you prefer here).
9. Other suggestions from your own (Such as scenes, lights, sound or music, etc.) I thought you use musics to distinguish flashback and flashforward, but I don’t know if it is right.

the Questionnaire of my final film
Author: Ye Yuan (Johnny)
My project is mainly about using both flashback and
flash-forward to display the character’s mental activities.
Flashback (also called analepsis) is an interjected
scene that takes the narrative back in time from the current point in the story,
Flashbacks are often used to recount events that happened before the story's
primary sequence of events to fill in crucial backstory.
Flash-forward (also called prolepsis)is a scene that
takes the narrative forward in time from the current pointof the story in
films, Flashforwards are often used to represent events expected, projected, or
imagined to occur in the future.

Final version of my film
This is my final version of my film. I used 5 days for shooting and 14 days for post-production. And I also did some tests before making this film, comparing to these tests, the final version is much better than that. Because during the test I just rehearse the action of actors without paying any attention to the lights, sounds and any other things.
From this film, I have learned a lot. Things like arranging the time for both shooting and editing, the timetables of the actors are different so that it's difficult to finish this film quickly. So I have to start editing first, I can finished some parts of the film not until finishing the shooting. It saves a lot of time. Another thing is I found that the exact shooting list or storyboard is so important, because it can be an instruction of shooting and also saving a lot of time.

Tests in the final film
I have done some tests in the film, one is the main actor is making a call with his girlfriend. Another one is he got drunk and slept until the next morning. All of them are shot in the daytime because Aris doesn't has much time for me to do the test. In the official one, it will be made in evening.
These test are only for the actions which are made by the main character.
